We are a local delivery service, bringing the taste of London to the South West - chilled deliveries will come straight to your door anywhere in Clevedon, Nailsea, Yatton, Portishead, Weston-super-Mare and Bristol.
Delivery slots / prices:
Thursdays (Clevedon / Nailsea / Yatton) - £3
Fridays (Bristol / Portishead) - £5
Saturdays (Worle / Weston-super-Mare / Congresbury) - £3.50
Upon delivery:
Once you have received your parcel please remove all contents from delivery box and store in a refrigerator below 7°C. All food must be consumed within 24 hours or frozen immediately after unpacking. If frozen please consume within 3 months.
Agreement:
You the customer, agrees not to hold us responsible for late deliveries, cancelled deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, inclement weather etc. and you, the customer, further agree not to hold us responsible for commitments you may have made to others, due to any of the above or for any other reason.
We guaratee the food we sell is fit for the purpose it is intended, i.e home consumption. Should you wish to re-sell our products you do so entirely at your own risk.
Should any of our products not be up to the customers expectation, your complaint will be fully investigated and where warranted, a full or partial refund will be made.
Shortages:
Should any of the packs not contain the full amount, then where practical, we will send the remainder at the earliest possible time. Should it not be practical, i.e minor shortages, then we will credit the customer back for the amount missing.
Payments:
All payments are to be made via Cardsave’s secure server in GB pounds. The goods will not be despatched until full payment is received by us. Cash payments are possible but must be organised in advance via an email or phonecall.
