Manze Pie & Mash needs no introduction. The mouthwatering pies, mash, and green liquor are legendary, upholding the tradition of excellence established by founder Michele Manze more than a century ago. 

Our chilled deliveries will come right to your door. So, if you’ve been pining for world-class pie & mash, but haven’t been able to get to the capital to enjoy it in person, we’ll bring it to you. All dishes are made fresh and then chilled for the journey. That way they arrive fresh as can be and just need a bit of heating up. In minutes you’ll be enjoying the unparalleled flavour experience that has wowed Londoners since before the Great War.

Pies

All pies feature handmade pastry created fresh in our shops every day. That light, flaky crust is then filled with minced beef sourced from the freshest prime cuts. No filler meats or offal are used, ever. A modest amount of gravy is added to each pie before it receives its top layer of pastry and is sent to the oven for cooking in the traditional manner.

Mash

We select only the highest quality potatoes, peeling and cooking them on site while most of London sleeps. The final step, mashing, only occurs when they are required for an order. That way they retain their hearty goodness.

Liquor

Our pie & mash just would not be complete without a generous serving of liquor to round things off. But the liquor you get in your chilled delivery is not like that you’ll find in any other pie & mash shop. We add a secret, proprietary ingredient that provides our parsley sauce with a savoury significance your taste buds will never forget. All our liquor is made fresh in our shops, and you can taste the freshness, even when it arrives chilled.
