Allergies:

While we make every effort to make our food nut-free, we cannot guarantee this due to production methods and our suppliers. Our food does contain the known allergen wheat flour. We therefore do not accept responsibilty for any allergic reactions to our products.

Unsubscribe:

This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database: to not receive future communications, or to no longer receive mail list messages. Should you wish to opt out of communications, please send us an email via the contact page.

Ordering online:

Ordering online with us is safe and secure! The method of interaction we use means that our visitors do not compromise debit/credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

You can feel comfortable using your debit/credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also pay via cash or debit/credit card upon delivery. Please contact us via email or phonecall first so we can discuss suitable payment options with you.

Return / refund policy:

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is delivered. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 12 hours of receipt of the goods, we will arrange for a refund/part refund, where appropriate. Alternatively, we may arrange to re-send your order at a later date. Returns cannot be accepted for food items.

Prices:

Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages, and are correct on the date the customer places the order. Prices  include VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time of publication. Orders will be processed at our published prices, but in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to continue with your order.

Complaints:

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, email or letter, it will be dealt with promptly and we will reply within 2 working days.

Agreement:

You the customer, agrees not to hold us responsible for late deliveries, cancelled deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, inclement weather etc. and you, the customer, further agree not to hold us responsible for commitments you may have made to others, due to any of the above or for any other reason.

We guaratee the food we sell is fit for the purpose it is intended, i.e home consumption. Should you wish to re-sell our products you do so entirely at your own risk.

Should any of our products not be up to the customers expectation, your complaint will be fully investigated and where warranted, a full or partial refund will be made.
